The recently restored 15<span class=\"s1\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span>-century antiphonal fragment kept in the Archbishopric Archives Alba Iulia, Coll. Gheorgeni is a real treasure for chant scholars: it not only helps with its liturgical content to grab hold of a local liturgy variant, but its notation is an important remnant of a local, Transylvanian musical writing tradition, which was only in hypothesis until now.
